Confidence Through Your First Year
Every Vantage home is backed by a one-year limited warranty covering workmanship and materials, giving you confidence as you settle into your new home. Throughout your first year, our team provides clear communication and responsive service to address items that do not meet our performance guidelines.
Early in your homeownership experience, we also conduct a 60-day warranty blitz to proactively address any concerns identified during your first month of living in the home.
As your warranty period nears completion, we’ll guide you through a comprehensive 11-month review—an important step designed to identify and resolve any remaining items before coverage expires. This structured approach helps ensure your home continues to meet our standards of quality while giving you lasting peace of mind well beyond move-in.
