The Delray is built on a simple idea: Luxurious living in a smaller home. Step through the covered porch and into a pleasantly inviting entry hall that flows directly into the connected living, dining, and kitchen spaces, creating a natural gathering place for everyday life. The kitchen anchors the space with stunning countertops and cabinetry around the perimeter and at the 6-foot wide kitchen island.  For an upgraded cooking experience, be sure to consider the optional gourmet kitchen layout with a 36" cooktop and vent hood, plus a wall mounted microwave and oven combination unit. The adjoining dining area can be enhanced with an optional box extension to make room for a larger table or a few more place settings when the whole family gathers. A full lite glass door next to a large window in the back wall of the space leads out to the rear patio, which can be enhanced with an optional cover, creating a shaded spot to enjoy the fresh air and those famous Colorado Springs sunsets.

The Primary Suite offers a peaceful retreat with a vaulted ceiling, a luxurious bathroom, and a roomy walk-in closet. For those wanting to elevate their experience, the optional 5-piece Spa expands the bathroom with the addition of a bathtub, a wider vanity cabinet area, and an enlarged walk-in closet.  At the front of the home, a secondary bedroom and full bathroom sit well apart from the Primary Suite, offering privacy and minimized sound transfer between the two. The owner's entry, tucked next to the garage, also doubles as a laundry room, with a handy shelf above the machines and a raised countertop beside them for additional storage space.

The Delray comes standard with a single door tandem garage that fits two cars, with an exciting option to expand into a double door tandem garage which has enough space for four cars.  

A lower level can be selected for additional storage space.  Those who choose to finish that lower level get an additional bedroom and bathroom accompanied by a recreation room.  Two large storage rooms offer plenty of room to stash seasonal items and keep things organized. The one near the full bathroom can be converted into a second bedroom in the lower level.
